The shoes are super cute and I LOVED the arch support (I have very high arches and finding a shoe/sandal that truly supports my arch is like looking for a unicorn). However, I sadly am returning them due to the heel strap. The strap was not tight enough and is not adjustable. It is anchored on either side by elastic, but I would say the strap was maybe 1/8 to 1/4 too long when made so was falling slightly...but just enough to be annoying and not give a snug/secure fit to the heel. The toe strap and ankle strap are adjustable with velco which was perfect and made for a nice fit/feel. Maybe it was just the pair I received where the heel strap wasn't snug enough but I would have either made the back adjustable with velcro as well, or the strap a little shorter so the heel could push against it and the elastic sides for a more snug fit.

I liked the sandal with the trendy platform style and the large buckle was also a nice touch- I found another Aetrex black strappy sandal I liked better - the strap placement worked better with a bunion issue I have

These shoes were perfect except for the strap in the back. The strap is very loose and sticks out far beyond the back of my foot. Unfortunately since it was not adjustable like the rest of the straps on the shoe, I will have to return them.
