What a great business-casual chukka boot! I'm very picky about the shoes I wear because I want as comfortable as possible and after wearing them for about 5 weeks straight (everyday to work in a hospital) and also walking around Chicago, I find these boots to be very comfortable while also looking professional. I also prefer a slightly wider shoe and this shoe is just that. I wear an 8-8.5 in most shoes and I ordered an 8!which fit me perfectly. Definitely would recommend and I am considering purchasing another pair in the charcoal/grey suede color! 10/10

Well made boot, runs a little big but very comfortable. 4 stars because the tongue slides to one side. Otherwise 5 stars. Would buy again. By the way, I buy many shoes from Zappo, it’s a challenge buying online and many returns are made as well but it’s a pleasure buying from Zappo’s, customer service is second to none. Love Zappo.

The Nigel Boot was comfortable out of the box. This is my third pair of shoes from Born and I have yet to be let down. I haven’t experienced the issues of soles and seams wearing out prematurely but I am new to their product. I have the Nigel Chukka that appears to be a little more casual and lighter weight leather. The Nigel boot is a little more sturdy and a good fit for all day wear and comfort. I have a pretty average foot shape with a neutral gate and high instep or arch. This shoe brand has been very accommodating and adaptable. So far they have been a good purchase. Time will be the ultimate factor now.
