So these actually feel like the perfect boot for me--sizing true to size, comfortable, more cushioning (since I now have some arthritis I need that) and I treated myself to a really good quality boot but Zappos sent the wrong size! and now my size is out of stock. So the one star review is not for the boot but for Zappos
