The shoes are used!!! Look at the heel of these shoes. Wow! These are the 8 1/2 W. I purchased 2 pairs to check on sizing. Glad the other pair fits and is new. Please check your shoes before shipping them out.

Love these shoes. Comfortable and Stylish. Wear them with my prescription orthotic inserts because I must, but they have good arch support without. Plenty of toe room but not so much that my foot swims in them. I own alot of Cobb Hill flat shoes in 9.0 Wide, and they all seem to be just a little bit longer than they need to be, and this one is the same way. However, that size works for me because I must have enough room for the orthotic. They stay on though, and are quite comfortable. Wish they came in other colors, especially Navy Blue.

These felt terrific from the first step. I wear a 10W and use orthotics. The style is nice enough for dress pants, maybe even a skirt. I need shoes I can stand in for hours, and walk in for trade shows. These look like they’ll work. The color was true to the pictures. It’s a light taupe and goes with most anything.
