I've coveted these for years and finally decided to spring for a pair. I ordered size 42 to match US size 9 that I always wear. They were so snug that I could barely squeeze my feet in and the footbed wasn't long enough to get the ridge at the back behind my heel without smashing my toes in the front - the footbed was a full 1/2" shorter than the footbed of other clogs I have. The size 43 (supposedly equivalent to US 10) fits perfectly. These are warm, light, solidly made - I'll be wearing them around the house all winter and the sole is great for the occasional run outside. The soft rubber does leave marks on the floor with the slightest scuff; they come right up with a quick rub with your bare hand.

There are other boiled wool shoes on the market, but nothing wears like a Haflinger! You'll own these puppies for years. Boiled wool breathes so the slippers are warm without making your feet sweaty. Hard soles mean you can dash outside to grab the morning paper. Don't worry if the fit is a little snug at first as the wool stretches to conform to your feet. When they feel too loose, throw them in the washer on a cold water setting and air dry. They'll shrink right back to their original size.

Bought two pairs of these, one for my wife and one for me. They were very comfortable but they matted down quickly and are not as comfortable as when purchased. Also both pairs not have holes in the tops of them right where your big toe ends! Have had them less than a year.

Very comfortable house shoe, I have a lot of foot pain and usually wear orthotics in my shoes. This is a very good solution for around the house footwear. This is my second pair of this brand. One thing to note, after these break in a few days they loosen up a pretty good amount, so give 'em time.

Wanted these to be my forever slippers! I did so much research and landed on Haflingers...however after only 6 months of wear (no outside and nighttime only) I have a hole in the toe! I bought the size that was recommended on their website and Zappos website after reading up, and my toe was not at all smashed up against the front...so I’m bummed.
