I have ordered Naot Men's sandal's footbed replacement for my sandals, several times from Zappos, and from other suppliers. My sandals take men's size 12 (45). As you'll see in the pictures, it indicates that size, but the footbeds were much longer and narrower, I've never seen that happen before, appears they were simply mislabeled in Israel (where they are made). I've worn these sandals for over 20 years, this is a first. I expect you have or will have the same problem from other customers. Please refund my account or just send me accurate replacements. Thx!

The Naot footbed is not the correct one for my sandals. I see now that it is a FB22 and my previous replacements were FB02
