I wouldn’t recommend or repurchase the Obermeyer Bliss Bib Pant. While I love the concept, color, and pockets, the overall design lacks stability in the shoulders, and the waterproofing is questionable. With so many other options available, I don’t think these bibs are worth the price given their construction. I took mine on a 7-day ski trip to Canada, and on one of the days, it was drizzling. I ended up soaking wet the entire day—something I’ve never experienced in full ski gear from other brands. Light rain usually leaves you a bit damp, but this was different—I could literally squeeze water out of my outfit. Worse yet, the bibs never stayed in place. I had to constantly adjust the straps until I found a rubber band to loop into the hooks just to keep them from slipping. As for the matching Obermeyer jacket, I initially loved it during a ski trip to Montana. It kept me warm and comfortable in 9-degree weather, but it completely failed in wet conditions. The zippers were a major weak point—water seeped through them, and when I took the jacket off in a restroom, I could squeeze water out of the sleeves. My base layers were soaked—especially where the side zippers are located. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Obermeyer’s ski gear for actual skiing, especially in wet conditions. The bibs lack proper functionality, and the waterproofing on the jacket is highly unreliable. While their pieces might be fine for Apres Ski, they don’t hold up where it matters most—on the mountain.

This brand runs small in my opinion. I usually wear a size two or smaller and had to order a size 6 on the bib. Once I figured out the correct size, the fit was comfortable; however, the bibs' design was lacking. The straps don't stay in place and move around on length, which is annoying when skiing. I am not sure about the waterproofing. I took these for a week-long ski trip to Canada, it was the first time I wore them, and the waterproofing didn't hold up, I was soaked at the end of the day. I also purchased the matching jacket, and while I love the warmth and length of the coat, I am pretty disappointed with the waterproofing. I will not recommend this brand, and if possible, I would return the pants as the function and materials quality are bad.

I really love this bib. It is comfortable, and I like the more feminine fit compared to other brands that I tried. And the fact that it comes in Petites! I agree that it runs on a smaller side, so I would recommend sizing up, especially if you like to tuck a mid layer in.
